Pop stars are using social media platforms more than ever these days. But sometimes things just go wrong. Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine is the latest to fall victim to this.Taking to his Twitter account, Adam had this to say about MTV:
“The VMAs [are the] one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music,” “I’m drawing a line in the sand. F–k you, VMAs.”
MTV later responded:
“Soooo you’ll be tuning in at 9/8C tomorrow right? (BTW, bonus points if you TwitPic your 2004 Moonman!)”
Levine however wasn’t done with his rant, taking to his Twitter account again, he tweeted:
“Still waiting to have my ‘Jerry Maguire mission statement moment of deep regret,'” “Not happening. Phew!”
Sometimes silence is just the best answer. Maybe Adam and few other stars, could go a few days without their Twitter accounts.
